"I have been a patient at White River Family Care for almost 20 years. I feel really blessed that Dr. Welsh is my doctor. I have so much confidence in him. He is very kind and extremely positive. I have also seen the two physician assistants, Jeff Boulet and Cathy Hartjoy. They are equally personable and dedicated as Dr. Welsh. There are so many great things that come with a small private practice like this. I never feel like I am just a chart and that is such a rare thing these days. One of my favorite things is the positivity of the whole staff. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Welsh and his staff. If you are looking for excellent quality care and want to feel like you are more than just a chart, I highly recommend White River Family Care."

"My name is Chet Kittle and my wife, and I have been patients of Dr Welsh for around 25 years. We lived in Buckley from 1997 till 2007 when we moved to Bonney Lake. We remained with Dr Welsh due to how much we trust and value his practice and service. Dr Welsh was our PCP during some devastating medical issues for both my wife and me. His care was attentive and elevated. His referrals have been timely and precise. We have both recovered due to God and great care from Dr Welsh. My appointments now are more age related than anything else. I'm glad I have a doctor that knows me personally, enough to give me sage advice as I entered retirement. Dr Welsh is intelligent and educated, not only book wise but in his experience on a daily basis. He's personable and quite often, funny. As I set appointments now, I know that I'm not just going to see my doctor but I'm also going to see a friend."

To start with, the front office staff is always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. As for the doctors themselves, we've experienced nothing but the best care we could ask for. They combine the knowledge and resources of a big city facility, with the down-to-earth advice and recommendations of a small town family care provider. They truly do feel like family. I cannot recommend White River Family Care high enough. "Cathy has been my provider for the past 20 years. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. I also work in the medical field and have seen my share of many different providers. Cathy has a way of making her patients feel very comfortable and that their problems are important. I have seen her dig and dig to get to the bottom of a problem when other providers might have just dismissed it. Cathy has a way about her that makes us patients want to be healthier and do what is best for our health. I was a smoker for 33 years and I quit 9 yrs ago thanks to Cathy’s constant concern for my health. I actually didn’t want to disappoint her. The best part of Cathy Hartjoy PA-C is that she is not only friendly and compassionate, but she is extremely knowledgeable about any and all medical issues. My wife and I moved out to Enumclaw Washington in June of 2019 and I was in need of a doctor as I had not had one in many years. I was blessed to be referred to and get into see Cathy Hartjoy at White River Family Care. I set up an appointment and from the minute I stepped in the facility I knew this was the place for me. All staff members were incredibly nice, helpful and easy to work with. Then I got to meet Cathy Hartjoy, and it just got better. She was very nice, took time to listen to me regarding my concerns and has been nothing but honest with me. "Doctor was extremely caring, listened intently, and compassionately provided excellent care for my elderly friend experiencing cognition difficulties. Google User Most of our family has established care with the Drs here. Very personable and professional! Billing is professional with no issues. They will go out of there way to explain your bill to you if there is confusion. Our medical plan pays on a monthly cycle and has not been a problem. PB Nice small clinic that treats you with compassion and not like a number. The doctors/PA take time to listen and come up with a testing and treatment plan. I felt like they cared."
